Why we chose focus

General-purpose ERPs are designed to serve every business, then adapted to factories through modules, partners and customisation. The result looks complete on paper, yet falters at the gate, on the night shift and in the job worker's yard.

We started from the other end. Shift rosters, face punch, job-work challans, stage-wise production, spares and maintenance form the core of DawnMill, not its add-ons. Sales, procurement and finance are built around them, so the whole enterprise runs on the same truth as the floor.

One kind of customer

We decline everything that is not a manufacturer or a production plant. That discipline is what makes the product deep.

The floor comes first

If a guard or an operator cannot use a screen within ten seconds, it is not finished. The office is designed around them, not the other way round.

One record, never re-keyed

Every step hands its record to the next. If anyone has to type the same number twice, we treat it as a defect and fix it.

Every customer's data is isolated by the database itself, not merely by the application.
Roles govern what each person can see and do, all the way down to the shop-floor apps.
