One record, from gate to boardroom

Orders, stock, job work, shifts and wages live in a single database. The figure on the owner's dashboard is the figure on the floor.

Designed for people without desks

Guards, operators and supervisors work in focused apps on phones, kiosks and tablets. They are productive on day one, with no ERP training.

Every entity under one roof

Run each company in the group side by side, with intercompany transfers posted on both sides and each brand kept intact.

Every plant workflow,
one connected platform.

From the first quotation to the month's payslips, each step hands its record to the next. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing falls between teams.

Win and plan demand.

Quotations, sales orders and pack orders that hand straight over to production.

Explore commercial

Run production with clarity.

Work orders, routings, job work and quality checks in a single, traceable flow.

Explore production

Command every store.

Stock by lot and location, with every issue, receipt and gate pass on record.

Explore stores

Pay your people right.

Shifts, face punch and payroll that reads attendance on its own.

Run a shift on
a working plant

Watch one order travel from stores to the gate, then take charge of it yourself: break a loom, rush an order, bring spare capacity online. Every move writes a real ERP record.

"A plant is not a shop with a warehouse. It runs in shifts, trusts its vendors with work, and holds its breath when a machine stops. We built DawnMill for exactly that, and for nothing else."

The founding principle behind DawnMill

Shop floor

Where the office meets the floor.

A guard's phone, an operator's kiosk and a face-punch tablet at the gate, each writing to the same live record your managers read.

Produce

Plan and run production,
stage by stage

Work orders that follow your material through every operation, on your own floor and out at your job workers.

Aurora Linens confirms 1,200 towels. The promise date is set, and every team now works to it.

  • Break each order into operations, issue material and always know where every lot stands.

  • Send material to dyers, platers or fabricators on a challan, and reconcile every piece that returns.

  • Inspect between operations and record scrap and rework against the order that caused it.

  • Entries from the floor reach supervisors the moment they are made.

Supply

Know what is in every store,
and what is on its way

Procurement, stores and the gate work as one, so stock only ever moves against a document.

01 / 06 Request for quotation

Three spinners quote for 600 kg of yarn. The comparison is side by side, and the best rate is clear.

  • Compare quotes side by side, honour supplier contracts and route every purchase order for approval.

  • Guards record every vehicle and consignment, matched to the order it belongs to.

  • Every receipt and issue is traced across stores and plants, ready for any audit.

  • Plan upkeep, log breakdowns and issue the spares each job consumes.

From the gate punch

Rosters, attendance and payroll in one continuous line, so month end is a review, not a rescue.

Ravi joins the weaving department. His record, documents and wage terms live in one place.

  • Plan day, night and rotating shifts for every department with confidence.

  • Tablets recognise faces on the device and keep working when the network does not.

  • HR resolves missed punches and late arrivals the same morning, while memories are fresh.

  • Runs read attendance directly, with advances and deductions applied accurately.

Control

Govern the whole group
from a single login

Every legal entity and plant on one system, each with its own brand, roles and protected data boundary.

01 / 06 Group

One group, two companies, one sign-in. Leadership sees every plant from the same seat.

  • Move between companies without signing out, each in its own branding.

  • Move goods between your own entities, priced and posted on both sides at once.

  • Each role sees only its own work, and every request reaches the right approver.

  • Dashboards, ageing and Excel exports, drawn from the same live data.

Your plant's data, protected by design

Every customer's data is isolated within the database itself, every role sees only what it should, and every connection is encrypted in transit.

Questions, answered

How is DawnMill different from a general-purpose ERP?

General-purpose ERPs are designed for every kind of business and adapted to factories through add-ons and customisation. DawnMill is built only for manufacturers and production plants, so job work, shift rosters, gate passes, stage-wise production and plant maintenance sit at the core of the product rather than at its edges.

Can we begin with a single module?

Yes. Many plants begin with HR and attendance, which run fully on their own. The remaining modules stay visible and ready, and you switch them on when your teams are.

We operate several companies and plants. Does that add complexity?

No. Every legal entity sits under one account with a single sign-in, and transfers between them are priced and posted automatically by the intercompany module.

What happens when the network drops at the gate?

Attendance tablets keep recording punches against the last roster they downloaded and synchronise the moment the connection returns. No shift change is lost.

Can you migrate data from our current system?

Yes. Employees, partners and products import from Excel, and our team works alongside yours to migrate from a legacy ERP with care.
